The AbraMag® Plasmid DNA Magnetic Purification Kit is designed to purify plasmid DNA from high and low copy E. coli, giving high yields with minimal RNA, chromosomal DNA, proteins, nucleases, or other cellular contaminants. The purified plasmid can be used in downstream applications such as cloning, qPCR, or sequencing for CRISPR, recombinant antibodies, etc.

AbraMag Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic, non-aggregating iron oxide particles (or ‘microspheres’) for capturing or purifying targets such as proteins, antigens, antibodies, DNA/RNA, cells, and more.
