We are proud to announce the launch of our new brand and company logo, Eurofins Abraxis,
as part of ourongoing evolution as a member of the Eurofins Technologies network.

In November 2017, Abraxis, Inc. joined Eurofins Technologies, the diagnostic kit manufacturing division of
Eurofins Scientific, an industry leader in laboratory testing services. Eurofins Technologies is a fastgrowing,
global provider of diagnostic test kits, lab consumables and industry-leading ELISA-based instrument
platforms supporting rapid testing in the food, feed, environmental, biopharma, and clinical markets.
Abraxis has a special role in the Eurofins Technologies network because it is the only company 
that provides test kits to the environmental, water quality and life science markets.

The rebranding to Eurofins Abraxis reflects the Eurofins Technologies strategy of creating a world leading
brand within the respective markets while building on the strong legacy of our acquired businesses. The
new logo and brand symbolize our commitment to the industry and to our customers. Under our new
